Off-Leash Summer Camps
Looking for a fun summer activity? Summer Camps at Cache Humane are back!
We have 7 amazing animal centric camps for kids aged 5-12. These fun camps feature interactive learning with a variety of animals, arts and crafts, a t-shirt and guest speakers. To register for our one day, two day, or three day camps click the buttons below!
General Summer Camp Instructions:

- • Sessions are from 10 AM to 2 PM
- • Please bring a signed Youth Liability Agreement to the first day of camp
- • Wear comfy outdoor clothes and closed-toed shoes
- • Bring a water bottle and lunch
Summer Camp Pricing:

Animal Camp
Got a total animal lover in your home? Animal Camp is for them!
During our Animal Camp, kids learn about small pets like rabbits, hamsters, birds, snakes and lizards; as well cats and dogs. Kids will interact with a variety of pets and learn about all their traits and behaviors.

- • FULL June 16 (One Day Camp)
- • June 12-14 (Three Day Camp)
Cat Camp
Participants of our Cat Camp enjoy plenty of snuggles and cuddles with cats of all ages. In addition to cuddles, kids learn the proper ways to handle cats, different care needs for different ages of cats, common behaviors and traits, different breeds and about Trap-Neuter-Return.
If your kids enjoy time spent with our furry felines, they will love this camp!

Dog Camp
If dog’s are more of an interest to your kid, we have a few spots open for our Dog Camp!
Similar to Cat Camp, kids enjoy time spent playing and interacting with many different dogs. In addition to playtime, kids learn training tips, dog behavior and traits, tips for caring for a dog of your own and all the different types of dogs there are!

Junior Volunteers
Our Jr. Volunteer Corps is a great way to get kids involved with animals and learn all about volunteering! For the first 45 minutes, Jr. Volunteers help with chores and various tasks around the shelter. For the remaining 45 minutes, they will help socialize, enrich, and train shelter animals.
This year, our Jr. Volunteer Corps is bigger than ever! We will be offering 10 week trimesters with both Monday and Tuesday sections. Check out the dates below!
First Trimester
Dates:
- • Monday: Sept. 11-Nov. 20
- • Tuesday: Sept. 12-Nov. 21
Second Trimester
Dates:
- • Monday: Dec. 4- Feb. 19
- • Tuesday: Dec. 5- Feb. 20
Third Trimester
Dates:
- • Monday: Mar. 4- May 13
- • Tuesday: Mar. 5- May 14
Junior Volunteer Information:
Age: 12-17
Cost: $50 per trimester, includes Volunteer T-Shirt
Time: 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
Group size: limited to 10 participants.
Requirements:

- • Youth waiver signed by parent or legal guardian: Youth Liability Agreement
- • Follow simple instructions
- • Wear Jr Volunteer T-shirt
- • Closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for cleaning and playing with animals
- • Water bottle
