Renee Milne is the Associate Vice President for Student Services at Bridgerland Technical College in Logan, Utah.
She graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor of Arts and her Secondary Teaching Certificate and her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction.
Her first teaching job was with middle schoolers teaching them art. After four years, she moved to a high school and taught art classes, concurrent art, and was the yearbook advisor. Feeling the need to further develop her leadership skills, she started an administrative internship while earning her Principal Licensure. She served at Stansbury High School as Assistant Principal. After five years, she then moved to be the principal of Northlake Elementary School. Renee was named the 2018-19 “Principal of the Year” for Tooele County School District. She was invited to participate in and completed the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Leadership program.
Renee has always believed that investing in your community will make a better community for all of us to live in. She participated on a panel for Women Who Succeed. She was instrumental in creating the Tooele City Arts Council, where she served for seven years. Recently, Renee Milne and her husband moved to Logan and now is serving on the Education Committee for Cache Arts and completed the Cache County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute.
